I buy the extra large xl hats, and they are In addition to holding its shape well, it is visually appealing. The compliments I've gotten about how good I look in them have been very positive. Other brands are not an option for me. My experience has been that it's better to buy these caps from Amazon because it's shipped so quickly compared to buying them from eBay where the seller is in China and it takes 5 to 7 days for them to arrive You will need to wait six weeks to receive them, plus you'll need to pay $10 to Ebay. I would have paid $100 more for this cap. It's a great cap.

My hesitation was due to the fact that wool blends are made from wool. A high-quality wool hat by Botvela is something I own, and I am very happy with it. Having tried both this and Botvela's 100% wool hats, I was pleasantly surprised that one would be hard pressed to tell the difference. This particular hat is different because it has a filet, which isn't found in the majority of hats in this style. Because of this, it feels different on my head than all the other caps I own. Last night I wore it to a function and received multiple compliments therefore, it will definitely be part of my rotation of outfits from now on. My favorite Botvela wool cap (a bit bigger crown) is a little better than this one. It is only offered in a small number of colors however. They're a great price and you can't really go wrong with them. The seams seem to be straight and centered over the midline of the brim (seams are straight and centered). As a comparison, I don't know how it will measure up to a 100% wool hat in terms of warmth. I'm fortunate in that the weather isn't a big issue in my part of the world where there are few inclement Unlike snapbrim caps, these do not snap in place. In this case, the crown and brim are stitched together. As for unsnapping the brim, I honestly have no idea why anyone would do so.

Hat is very nice. I wear a 7 5/8 and purchased a Large following the instructions. I'm especially impressed with its quality considering the price. There is a little more snugness than I prefer, but it is not enough to return it. So that's good news, we just have to hope hipsters don't "discover" it.

The hat is fairly nice and makes a good value for the money. The stitches are neatly done and the materials are of good quality. My only issue with the hat was that the brim was tacked too high on the front, making it sit too high on the head when I received it. As I cut the tack stitches, I discovered that they had modified the pattern on the front in order to account for the tacked-on buttons. A design change has been made at the bottom. This is why there is a slight peak on the front seam of the hat and it will not sit properly as well. It makes me sad that someone with Benn's skill and craftsmanship wasted it on a hat designed by someone who presents the garment in a way that doesn't have any understanding of it. We were able to perform the experiment on a relatively small budget.
