My only problem with the belt is that I have a 37" waist and it is way too tight for me. I really like the look of the belt and it has several features that would be useful, but I do not have a 42" waist. However, I don't think it would be big enough for a 42" waist.

Using this pouch is because I do not like having a wallet in my back pocket, so I use a fannie pack instead.
