The box is small enough to fit one small pack of wipes. As for a diaper, I am not sure. The diaper may be folded if it is rolled up. Surely, you're going to need both a diaper and wipes to change? Size 20 fitted comfortably around my body, since I am 5'10, 255 lbs, and size 20. This is a cool bag. I wore it angled on my hips, not straight across my waist.
