It would be sufficient to fit two diapers, wipes, keys, and identification. Based on the size of mine, I think the diapers and wipes will fit in a pocket closest to the body and a middle pocket with the keys in the middle pocket and the ID in the Your diapers might fit, but it should still be tight enough to keep your diapers in place.
It's hard for me to say for certain. The bag I ordered was the only one I ordered. Some are more popular than others, but they all look like the same fabric and size. Right from the start I am giving it five stars. I'm a mom of a toddler who loves to run and I was tired of juggling her purse and getting tangled up in the strap. It took me a long time to find the perfect fanny pack on Amazon, but finally I did. This is really the perfect size the waist strap is neither too thick nor too thin it sits at the perfect spot. Besides my phone (a Galaxy 6), I can fit a lot more stuff in there. Getting the right size and function is crucial. I thought I had found the ideal replacement bag for my old bag based on reviews. It is possible to leave room at the zippers without bulging them. It would probably fit another diaper and car keys as well. All I can hope for now is that it will last. It is thin and structured, but the material is thin. The belt can be worn on either my hips or waist, or I can wear it cross-body I am. Three pockets are readily available and all fit my Pixel 2 xl (6 inch).
I now own this hip purse for the seventh time, and it is my favorite. Overall, the construction and materials are better, and the building stays cleaner than previous versions.
