There is quite a bit of space in this bag. The gym is where I use it. holds everything I need for a trip to the gym and a shower afterward. It also contains my work boots for the office. I don't see the point in having a separate section for wet or dirty clothes like some gym bags. In case you want to store it somewhere else, you can fold up this bag into a pouch. It can be easily used for a weekender bag, and it can easily fit in an overhead compartment or under the seat on most aircrafts. I'm impressed with the durability and quality of the material. Dakine's products have been a loyal customer for quite some time. In addition to a few backpacks and a rolling duffel, I have now acquired this new bag. Nothing to be disappointed about.
The design of this bag is terrible. If you put your smaller belongings in the pocket at the end of the bag, the bag will not remain I don't mean a lot of items, just perhaps a pocketbook and a set of In the other side, there is no pocket to put other stuff into so that it can balance back it out. I think it's a very poor design, especially if you don't carry a lot in your bag in the first place. You might find it more effective if you pack it with gear like sneakers, a towel, a change of clothes, or whatever. Material wise, the bag seems to be of good quality and I have no complaints other than it does not really seem to stand out from any other bag on the market. I hope it will be more effective for you than it was.
The bag is amazing. Each bag packs up small for storage, but still has a lot of room to pack everything you'll need for a few days. I bought the 70L bag for myself and the 50L bag for my wife. Having watched the 70 L version of the video, I posted a review.
I am very satisfied with this. Aside from clothes, shoes, snacks, a water bottle, make up bag, and headphones, it is ideal for keeping an extra set of clothing and shoes. There have been times when I packed my weekends worth of work into it. The bag is part of the weekender bag category, but it's a little small. Choosing the right size for this bag is extremely important if you plan to use it while traveling. There are four different Dakine bags/packs I own, and all have held up to daily.
It would have been nice if the seller had used the correct picture, there were no pictures showing the floral one, just the black one I thought I was buying I chose a pink one instead of a light pink one. There was a price tag attached to it, which was a real disappointment!.
The bag in question is the one pictured. As if a sack were attached to it. Unless it's pumped up with air, it's not what you see in the picture. The material is very thin. They will be put to use. I bought two. In spite of that, I want to caution The price is way too high for what you get.
My heart has been set on getting this bag for a while. I'm not regretting it at all. My only regret is that I didn't buy There is plenty of room - Room for all my snowboarding gear (boots, helmet, extra layers).
Despite being a great duffel, it does not have a stiff bottom (it is made of cardboard after all) obviously to reduce shipping costs.
