I've just finished my second batch of tags. I bought them for both my checked and carry-on luggage. On luggage because they are easy to see and help distinguish my luggage from others in the "sea of black bags," and because the "strong stainless steel loop makes it impossible for your luggage to lose the tag," according to the manufacturer. The tag on my checked suitcase, however, vanished during my most recent flight to Boston. I multiplied by two. Before loading my bag into the car, I double-checked the screw and discovered that it could not be tightened any more. I'm not sure how it happened, but baggage handlers always seem to find a way, especially since my 'free' flimsy paper tag from the travel service was still there. So that's why I gave these four stars instead of the five I gave them for my first order, and I recommend changing the description to '. Almost impossible for your luggage to lose its luggage tag.
This tag is very good quality; I bought it for my son's band instrument; the quality is nice, and I like how it came with a metal wire to hold it in place rather than plastic; the flap over the information written on the inside id card is also a plus; especially since it's for a child, it keeps the information hidden. So far, it's held up against a 12-year-old boy, so I'd recommend it for travel, instruments, or anything else that requires an identification tag. I'm going to order a few more of these for my badge at work.
They're substantial and long-lasting. The lettering is bold and stands out well, and the wire ring that secures the tag to your luggage is thin but strong. The tags are still in excellent condition after two trips, each with a few layovers. When I checked my luggage, the airline staff even complimented me on how nice they were.

I like how the red J stands out against the black background. I gave 5 stars for sturdiness, but that is just a guess on my part; they appear and feel sturdy, but I have yet to travel with it on my bag, so it's a bit of a wait-and-see situation. If the situation calls for it, I'll make a change.
The metal band splintered and pinned my fingers a few times when I put it on for the first time, which hurt. Hopefully they fix the manufacturing issue.

This was fine because I purchased them for my son's and fiancée's wedding shower, but now I get to keep one set for myself! Win win!.
