The wheels must be counted as part of the 32" measurement. I've never been deemed "oversized" when flying Delta momthlu. It's big but not too big.

very! After several trips with checked luggage, mine is still in perfect condition. It also fell down a flight of (carpeted) stairs while fully loaded (approximately 48 pounds) with no dents or damage. This bag is far more durable than the soft chelsea bags, and it matches them perfectly if you need to mix and match. My suitcase is always fully loaded, and the interior has held up well, with no tears, loose seams, or ripped zippers.

So far, I'm really enjoying it! I'm not going on vacation for a few weeks, so I'm not sure how it will hold up once it's been checked. But I adore how light it is and how much storage it has on the inside: the left side has pockets for shoes and toiletries, but it also unzips to reveal a huge storage space (this is the side that expands). I'll be gone for eight days, and the 24" is ideal for just one person. I also like how easily my London Fog weekender connects to the handle for airport convenience; one complaint was that the code was hidden inside the suitcase. This one came with a sticker that said to set the code to 000, but the instructions for what to do after that were inside. This was my first suitcase with this type of lock, so I contacted London Fog customer service, who was extremely helpful. To remove the tabs from the lock, simply slide the TSA tab to the left.
On the outside, there are no tags, stickers, or paperwork. There is nothing that tells me how to open this lock. So I took a risk and double-checked that all the numbers were set to "ZERO. " (I remembered that from a previous lock. ) That did the trick! And sure enough, the small instruction card was tucked away inside a zippered net pocket! What's funny is that there's a little 'hole' in the top of the card where you'd run a plastic string/piece through and attach it to the handle or something on the outside, making you think they've spent. 003 cents per bag to make it easier for customers, as Amazon customer service couldn't figure out how to open it. Alternatively, you can try to wrangle/bend your hand and wrist to zip open the inner pocket and retrieve the card by sliding open one side of the zipper. This really irritated me! (There's also nothing on the London Fog website!) br>In terms of luggage. When I finally got it open, the zipper glides effortlessly. The interior is very nice. When opened, the bag lays flat. This is a fantastic bag. With the exception of the STUPID lack of lock information, that is. As a result, I deducted one star.
I bought it to replace my more expensive Tumi bag, which is heavier and better suited to international travel. The Cambridge 24" is a well-built piece of furniture. When I travel, I am constantly complimented on it! I have my mother's old vintage London Fog raincoat, which is quite amusing. and it's a dead ringer for the pattern! I also got the London Fog Cambridge II 15" 8 Wheel Under Seat Bag, Olive Houndstooth, which is a perfect fit for this size. The pattern shades, of course, differ slightly. The first is made of fabric, while the second is made of metal. However, it is barely discernible. (As a color-sensitive artist, I say this. ) For shorter trips and overnighters, this is a good investment. Additional information: br>br> Up to this point, the expandable zipper and handles have worked flawlessly. So far, I've used it on about five trips.
The side with the handle has a cloth strap to keep your suit and shirts in place, but because of the handle, everything you put in wrinkles. The lining is of poor quality and should not be purchased; you can do better. This handle also cut my fingers due to the rough edges on the handle. If you can find something other than this one, you're safe. The wheel came off on the first flight.
This luggage was purchased in preparation for a trip to Israel. The luggage performed admirably during a two-week journey that took them through four different airports. Yes, it was scuffed when I got home, but the scuff marks were easily removed with a few swipes of a Magic Eraser. This suitcase has a lot of capacity. Be cautious, as I only just made the airline's weight limit. The shoe pockets on the inside are my favorite feature. the various zippered compartments I would strongly recommend this product because the wheels are of excellent quality. Despite the fact that the luggage weighed 50 pounds when fully loaded, I had no trouble rolling it. I intend to purchase a carry-on bag that matches. I'm looking forward to my next trip.
I traveled across Europe with this case and it came out relatively unscathed. Although the surface appears to be easily scratched, the case is otherwise excellent. It's also very distinct - On the carousel, it's easy to spot!.
This luggage has a special place in my heart. The first time I used it, it scuffed up a little, but it was easy to clean up. UPDATE. Last trip, a wheel fell off. This bagel traveled to North Carolina on two occasions and to Colorado on one occasion. It should be made better.
This bag was purchased as a back-up plan. It's been on back-to-back trips to the Philippines, Key West, and California, so it's covered a lot of ground and is still going strong! I like how it expands and has a built-in lock. I also like the bag's design, which makes it easier to locate in baggage claim. And, while the wheels were fine for me, they could have been a little more substantial. I was concerned that they would break, but they did not. Purchase straps to go around the bag as well.
