Despite buying this bag a little over two years ago, I have been able to use it four times so far. As recently as a few months ago, I was asked to place this bag in one of those "size check" bins for carry-on, at which point I realized it is just slightly over 22 inches with wheels and handle (and not 20 as listed) and therefore is The reason I had to pay to check this bag is that it's not a small bag, so if I have to pay the cost of the bag just to check it, I wish I had gone with a smaller one instead.
The pattern makes me love it. If it falls apart, it will be greatly damaged. There isn't much more that I like. As quality increases in price, so does the price. I blew out the zipper on the first use of this bag. As if it had fallen to pieces A zipper made out of plastic is the first zipper I've seen before, and was just unraveling when I got it (see attached picture). A luggage zipper can be made of plastic, but how? This might be the bag for you if you want to take it to a sleepover. Travel should not be done with this product. It will be too late for you.
You have everything you need, so why not ask for more? The suitcases I ordered are so great that I bought three of them in different patterns (so it would be easier for us to identify our own bag when we are searching). Once you receive them, they are well-packaged and have that peel off film over the design, so if you do not realize that (like my daughter) you might think the pattern / design looks a little weird. Once the film was removed, my daughter realized the pattern was perfect. Our family is not tall, despite the fact that the wheels are true 360 spinners and the handle has a couple of different heights to fit our needs. There are two completely separate compartments inside which are easy to open and close, as well as a pocket in one of those compartments to keep things together if need be. If you can afford to spend $50-$60 on these cases, I highly recommend them There are a lot of these for sale on this site, and if they are cheaper than that, they are a real steal. Last suitcases I bought lasted two overseas trips and then died (one busted open as we picked it up, and the other had a broken handle and broken wheels), and those cases we paid four times as much for thinking their brand name would make them good quality, but they weren't. The only trip we have taken with these so far was a minor one, but soon we will be taking a major one, so I will update you if there are any issues, which I highly doubt since they look to be very sturdy.
It is likely one of the best luggage pieces I have ever owned. A brief summer trip to LA in 2013 led to the purchase of this clothing. I love it. It's fun, it's easy to spot on the luggage carousel (if you have checked luggage), it fits a lot of stuff, it's light and it's cute as a button. Over the past 4 years, I have paid less than $60 I spent less than $20 per year on it.
I contacted the manufacturer to have it repaired under warranty, but they told me a $40 fee plus shipping costs would be charged. They were shown the warranty tag that came with it, which had no conditions and offered a five year warranty. Afterward, they said there is an extra warranty tag on the product indicating the additional All warranty information is scanned and saved, but I was not aware of this Therefore, I would suggest that you do not purchase an item from an dishonest manufacturer that has fragile zippers.
My husband and I have used this product anywhere from 2 to 3 times per month since we bought it 11 months ago. After three years, the luggage handle has finally broken and I will replace it with a new brand. This is a lightweight bag that is great for a short while. The handle was worn out after several trips on the bus and train as well as a year of living in NYC where curbs and potholes caused damage.

I love how bright, shiny, and cute it is. These spinner wheels are very light and have great spin. In the largest, there is lots of space. My family lives in Florida, and I visit them in Minneapolis once a year for a month. There is ample space for me. In addition to that, I can fit my laptop, my shoes, my medicine, and even my makeup in the smallest bag. Used products are one of the things I love about Amazon. It has been a delight to shop at Unleashed for their great prices and excellent condition used products. The set of three pieces I got for just $79 was a great deal. In addition to a small imperfection, it was described as being in very good condition. In the largest suitcase, only a couple of scratches were present. It was barely noticeable, and the smaller ones are still in their plastic packaging. I would like to thank Amazon for its great deals and quick service in this pandemic.
