The luggage lasted for the most part quite well. The luggage was used for the first time on our flight to the U. S. Bali is the closest island to us. The wheels on our vehicle in Bali had popped off and were missing when we arrived. It was too busy to handle it while on vacation so we waited until we got home to contact them. I remembered there was a warranty that came with the product and figured it would not be a big deal to deal with it. In regards to the warranty, I contacted Kenneth Cole after we returned home. It was explained to me by the customer service representative that they no longer service my type of luggage and that I needed to have the luggage wheel replaced by a shoe repair shop or seamstress. Kenneth Cole Reaction luggage technically comes with a lifetime warranty. However, if you read the warranty closely, the warranty pretty much covers nothing. The policy does not cover "wear and tear" and it does not cover damage to property caused by carriers or airlines. Nevertheless, they are supposed to cover defects in material and workmanship. The public is being deceived in this manner by their company. Despite the fact that I travelled with brand new luggage from the United States, it couldn't survive the trip. Are there any wheels that won't pop off on the way to Bali? Is it even possible for them to replace my luggage wheel or even Kenny Cole is not standing by its products and refuses to serve its customers when they have problems.

I've said before that their luggage held up for the most part, except that the wheel was missing and there were scratches all over the exterior after the first use. Nevertheless, I appreciate quality customer service and a company that stands behind its product. That is not what Kenneth Cole offers. It is unlikely that I will purchase any more bags from them. Buying this item enables me to travel to Europe for a long time. My first flight from Cleveland to New York was scuppered by a broken bag. (see images) One of the wheels (the one on the side with the handle) has completely detached. Now that the item is no longer rolling, I have to lug it around like a bag weighing 45 pounds. Although it looked good, and seemed like a good price, the fabric and zipper disintegrated and there is no easy way to fix it. Basically, I ended up paying about $20 per round trip for Considering this is luggage, the warranty is unlikely to repair or replace but, as far as I can tell, it should have lasted under normal wear and tear like loading and unloading on planes and taxis.

Thanks for sending it ahead of schedule. I just returned from Peru after an exhausting trip. I am impressed with the light weight of this suitcase. The fact that it was so light allowed me to pack more things inside. It was a concern of mine that it would hold up during The travel bag made it back without a scratch. There was only a small scratch on one side. I received a dark pink or fuschia color in my package. Color was initially a bit unsettling for me, but I eventually fell in love with Easily spotting my luggage from a mile away is no problem for me. As a conversation piece, it was also quite interesting. The cons are as follows Unfortunately there is no other compartment for packing smaller items separately. On one side of the bag is a zippered compartment. It is easy to drag the suitcase behind me when I am pulling it with the wheels. Walking with it on the side does not work well as it requires a lot of effort to steer. I found myself putting a lot of effort into steering it when walking from the side. In spite of that, I think it's worth keeping.

Despite being small enough to fit in the carryon allowance (I flew with American Airlines and Southwest without any issues), it is big enough to hold all of my clothing, flip flops, sneakers, a towel, and my toiletries for the week. The zipper held strong for all the weight I put in my bag, which was packed full to the brim. On the plane, the wheels were a dream to push. They allowed me to cruise from lane to lane easily.
