The general construction of this bag is fine. However, it should be advertised as being suited for children and women with petite frame. I'm a 6 foot adult male with fairly small feet, and the shoe department on this bag will barely accommodate my size 9 and a half. Shoes that are about half the size. It is true that I mean barely as the pictures indicate. Attempting to place the shoes carelessly may cause the lining to tear and the zipper to become stressed. There is barely enough room in the water bottle containment area to fit a large 32 oz sports bottle. Even though the zippered side pockets are wide enough to hold a tablet, they lack the depth to allow you to close them. While eyeing a shoe department bag, I assumed the bag would hold today's adult sizes since it was advertised with shoe department. I should have looked more closely at the dimensions.
