The company sent me a replacement watch and a label for returning the broken one after I spoke to them about the watch breaking. The watch is fabulous, I bought it as a gift for my nanny, a six-year-old girl. She loves it. The numbers on the outside of the clock helped her to tell time, and she loved it because she has been learning to tell time. I can no longer keep time with the watch because the second hand has broken and is floating around inside the watch. I wish I could get a replacement for this, but I have no idea how to get one.
This is a great concept for an educational watch because the hands are labeled according to the Despite having lasted less than a month with regular every day use, this watch is simply not worth the money. Delivery was made in a timely manner, and the product arrived on the date expected. This item appears to be in good working order and is I was pleasantly surprised to find the watch that I bought in person was the same one I received. My daughter loves this watch and it's helping her learn to tell time. However, since the clock face has been worn so frequently, the silver is becoming tarnished around the edges.
I love how easy it is to tell the time on the watch. for giving it a low rating was just because the band started to peel off right when I took it out of the package. The item would have been better returned if I could have. I would have to pay 3 times the amount for a refund if I were in the Bahamas. The band looks like it has been chewed by a dog.
She wore the watch outside during her birthday party for over 2 hours, during which the band broke, so I guess I should have taken out the insurance on it, now I have to find a new band. The granddaughter is 8 years old, so I'm not sure how the band broke.
Here are my 5 favorite things The year is It took a few days for me to notice some condensation on the watch face after this watch had been worn for about two days. Even if she got it wet while washing her hands, she says she never got it wet. I would be surprised if she didn't care for her first watch at all After all, that's her first watch ever. I tried to use the watch for another couple days but it As soon as I took the battery apart, I found that the back of it While I tried cleaning it to the best of my ability, I never was able to restore it to use.
The objective was to make a 3-D sculpture My daughter is one and a half years old. This one with the pretty princesses is nice and she wears it a lot at home, but after wearing it three times, the band is already beginning to fall apart.
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas to learn how to tell time. After put it on she broke the band, we fixed it with super glue, then the other side broke, after about three hours the paper covering on the band deteriorated, and all that was left was I was pissed off when my daughter told me what a waste of money it was. You can save yourself a lot of trouble and money by not wasting both.
This watch's glass cracked and its band fell apart. I wish I had paid a few dollars more and purchased a watch with a leather band or basically any other watch instead. You shouldn't waste your money on this watch like I did. It is a cute watch, but I recommend you don't buy it.
