There was probably a message on the bag, but I can't recall it. It says "110" and not 2T on these tags, so that doesn't fit. I am pretty sure it is one of the Asian countries.

I love the way they fit. this post after they have been washed and dried to see if they shrunk. The underwear my kid wears irritates him to no end. the stores is low cut, has exposed elastic at the waist and legs which makes it itchy, and is very thin, so we have no choice but to make our own. I noticed that my kid would only wear thick underwear, making it look as if she was in a diaper, and making it difficult for her to pull up her leggings. I am in awe of them! I love how soft and stretchy it is. The elastic is not exposed, and it's an adorable design. These are well made, and my batch was free of the snags or loose stitching that other reviewers pointed out. It is the most popular toy in my kid's room. You might want to size up (at least) one size if these shrink in the wash. Definitely try these out and if they don't shrink in the wash, I'll buy them again in a bigger size.
