In a 3T, my two year old is in the 90th percentile of height and weight, so I bought the gray and navy. The gray fits well with plenty of room for her to grow, but the navy will be snug and will work for a short time. There is a pity the shirts aren't the same fit but the quality is good.
The size 3T was specifically brought for her to wear when the temperature drops in the upcoming fall months. is currently wearing a size 2T, and the printed top fits as expected and provides enough room for her growth, but the solid blue top is made of Since the solid blue top fits like a 2T but isn't big enough for her to grow into it for fall, she probably won't be able to wear it for long. This is a much too big size for a 4T. Carters' brand clothing is in my opinion too tight or too small. My plan is to exchange it if I find it in store for a 3T in the solid shade if it fits more like a 4T.
I bought these shirts in two sizes for my 22-month-old, and the pattern blue shirt was too small for her. This blouse does not have a button or clasp to adjust, so we cannot wear There is a button at the back of the dark blue shirt, which might help, but once it was on her it was extremely tight around her entire Carter's shirts themselves seem adorable and well made, as I would expect from a brand like that. The problem is that they are of limited use to us. We might give them a try on another daughter when she's 18 months old if we have another girl one day. They were really great and if the tags hadn't been thrown away, I would have returned them. If your child is even slightly big for their age, please size up more than you would expect. It would probably be better for my daughter if I went for the 3t.
There are spaces on the outside that are softer than those on the inside, but both cannot The sleeves on the gray one are a little snug, without much give. I have a tall, thin 2 year old, so she does not need many things to be tight on her.
The quality of these clothing is amazing. I have washed them all 20 times since I bought them late last month and they are still the same size and warm as before.
It's great to have thermal shirts like these. It was a pleasant surprise to find out they were thermal since that wasn't indicated in the product description at the time I bought My toddler is 35 inches tall, so I bought them for him. Through the body, the length is perfect, but a little too long when it comes to The next time I purchase, I will definitely do so.
There is something wrong with the fit of these tops. I often avoid putting these sleeves on her because they are too snug and have very little give. My daughter is 75% in terms of weight and 90% in height, so she isn't very chubby. Yet these sleeves are very tight and have very little give. They could have been returned but the designs were cute and I hoped they would loosen up after using them a bit. This was not the case.
It runs a bit small, but it's a gorgeous garment. There is a three-year-old in my family who falls into the 50% growth bracket 3T is the size she's going to be when she turns 3. The other shirt was too small in the arms, narrow in the sleeves, and only one of them fit. The child I have is athletically built. Instead of ordering 4T, I should have gone with 5T.
