When my daughter was three, I ordered a 4T because she alternates between three and four sizes. Clothing in the size 4T. It fits her well, though the bottom is a little baggy (and I did order a size larger). I really like the fabric and the pattern, and it's very silky-feeling. soft. Even the front sparkles are gentle - I was a little concerned because my daughter is extremely sensitive to anything sparkly or glittery, but she is unaffected by these.
I'm glad it fits well, but I wanted a little more grow room, and now I'm debating whether I should send it back and order a 6/7 or keep it because it fits well. I can guarantee we won't get a whole year's worth of wear out of this one like we did the last; we'll get maybe 6ish months or so if she doesn't have any crazy growth spurts. I want to send it back and order the 6/7, but I'm I'm thinking of keeping this one and ordering the next size up in case it gets too small. This leotard is suitable for both as long as you order the correct size; I used the size chart and it was accurate. It's best to use a leotard or swimsuit that you know fits well, but when I measured my girls, it was pretty close. The quality of these leotards astounded me! They're a lot thicker than I anticipated, and they wash up nicely. After about a half dozen washes, I dry them with no heat for a few minutes before hanging to dry, and they look brand new. My five-year-old wears a size six, while my seven-year-old wears a size eight. They are both tall and slender. These leotards are extremely well-fitting, with little to no gaping between the legs. It's a lot of fun to watch the Olympics with them!.
I was concerned that the white would be too exposed, but it is lined and made of excellent fabric. This Leo is adored by everyone at the gym. I can't bear telling them how much I paid because it was such a good deal! We got both the black and white and rainbow stripes, and we love them both!.
I was hesitant to order this item online, but I'm glad I did! The colors are bright and true to the image. It has a lot of silver flecking, which makes it look very gymnastics. The fit is excellent, with no areas of the garment that are too baggy. I would definitely buy from them again!.
year- We decided to go with the 8-year-old. It's a perfect fit for a 9-year-old. For the price, the quality is excellent; we machine wash and line dry them, and they appear to be holding up well. The patriotic "B star" pattern was chosen, and the colors are bright. It has a very nice appearance.
