The issue is that it runs big. Besides being nice and soft, the material of the sweater was also comfortable and convenient. As far as I remember, the site says it's true to size. However, whenever I ordered a size ten for my daughter, the arms were very loose, it seemed like they had run wide. Maybe order them one size smaller.
