There are no sizes listed for these pajamas, so whatever size you get her in clothing for these PJs will fit her. Both of my granddaughters are 5 and 7 years old, and I ordered size 5 and 7 shoes for them, and either fit or didn't fit well. If you get her the size she usually wears, you won't go wrong.

Stretchy fabric is very different from cotton. It feels like lycra at first touch and does not feel like cotton at all. What is the content of cotton in this? There is no truth in that statement. The size is very large as well. In my case, a size two looks more like a size three.
