Unfortunately, I would say no because this is a very small-scale operation. My daughter, who usually wears a size L or XL, was too big for the XXL. She eventually settled on a size S for women. Best of luck!
It's an option. But I'll tell you that I first bought the star pattern for my granddaughter in a large, which is her usual size, and had to exchange it for an XL as soon as I saw it. She's eleven years old, but she's a tall young lady. I believe an XXL would be appropriate for me, but I am 5'2". I'm only 105 pounds, but since you're obviously slim, it might work.
We went up a size, but our almost two-year-old is a big kid. Depending on the product, I usually go up a size or two. If your child is small or average in size, I believe her actual size will suffice:). I really liked the vest we got because it allows for wiggle room under it, similar to a sweater, and some growth:

For a small 52lb seven-year-old, I purchased the size 8 in Purple. It's long enough in the torso to keep her warm for a long time! It'll be perfect for our trip to the mountains in late spring. I bought this and the Boys style XL for my son to wear to school. Even with the harmful, sizeist gendering of children's clothing, I figured a Boys XL should be roughly the same size as a Girls XXL. Compared to the Girls XXL, the Boys XL is SIGNIFICANTLY larger. Clothing for children does not have to be sized in this manner. I had hoped for a more progressive, less regressive outcome, given Amazon's resources and agency in developing its own branded products. I returned all of the items.
This adorable vest's sizing did not fit me properly. I'm a 14-year-old girl who can wear anything. A 16 is usually an XL, with XXL being the most generous size. Even with just a Tshirt as a base layer, this vest is far too tight. 5'6" is my height. 115lb.
