The pendant is made out of a low-cost metal

It has to be a low-cost metal alloy used to make the pendant. I'm guessing it's made of polished aluminum. It can result in a rash on the front of the neck, near the pendant.

This choker is one of my favorites! I was concerned that it wouldn't fit because most chokers I buy are too small for my large neck. But this one fit comfortably on the largest clasp, and I could get away with the next one up if I wanted a tighter fit. I was also surprised by how good the material was. I was expecting a more plastic feel, similar to the ones I've gotten from Hot Topic, but the quality is more like a nice leather. This choker is ideal for people with larger necks, such as myself, who has a 14-inch neck. It's the perfect size at 5" around! It also appears to be fantastic!.

As others have mentioned, I had to put it on the last notch. It was all right. Comfortable, but don't be fooled by the four notches into thinking it's fully adjustable. ) Just a word of caution; otherwise, it's a good value for money.

It works well and fits my neck (I am a tall and somewhat skinny person and I wore it on the tightest setting). I thought the darker side would be marroon, but it is actually black, which turned out to be the best.
