Children who aren't particularly tall or skinny (such as those who fit in a jumping beans type fashion, not carters) and who love to spin would love this dress! Although this dress is super cute, it was fitted quite wide at the top and the length was a bit shorter than I would like in the middle. As a result, I rearranged the length in the middle slightly to make it more appropriate. I think the dress would be much better if it was longer all around (high low hem) rather than just the sides.
