In any case, her tags were still attached, and the loop broke off because she had never worn them. It wasn't the rubber around the rivet that broke, but the rivet itself. There is a loose sole inside, so I can see that becoming an issue when kids take off their shoes. Although they're super cute, they're not worth the money if they're going to break before they can even be worn. We never took them off to try them on, so I have no idea how they fit.

It is really really hard to buy them since they STINK like rubber. The smell of rubber from my son's closed closet is almost overwhelming when I walk into his room. By placing them inside a plastic storage bag, the problem could be solved easily. However, they smell like rubber and are super.

A pair of boots is a favorite! They fit true to size. I opted for a larger size so that the boys won't outgrow them too quickly. The loops on the sides make them easy for the kids to put.

The straps made it easy for him to put them on himself, which is great for his independence. I liked that the boots were not too stiff and they tend to withstand stomping in puddles, as should be expected of a 2 year old!.

Thank you dedaw, I got a call to say thank you! By the time I woke up 3 hours later, the handle had already broken I'm sorry to hear that. As we discussed our options, we came up with a plan. In this case, I could return the pair and run the risk of it happening again with my The boots were still usable as we were able to repair them ourselves, so we just reattached the handle with our own brads, thus keeping the boots. It's still very disappointing to have them break within 3 hours. After reading reviews, I found that a lot of customers are complaining about it. Make those handles strong! We aren't buying boots to have them sit in a closet for a long time!.

The boot itself is cute and comfortable and durable with the exception of the hoops breaking off after three uses. The boot itself is amazing and cute and I would have given it 5 stars but one of the hoops broke off after three uses.
