Having had these recommended by my son's orthopedic doctor, I bought them. I bought my 6 year old son these sneakers because he needs arch support. While his insoles provide some support, they further improve his condition when paired with these shoes. There's nothing I love more than It is fortunate that I can wear child's shoes, the cost is much less than the women's. They fit well, and my feet like walking long distances with them. My colorful leggings look great with them because they are a nice neutral color.
The soles of these sneakers are very supportive, making them the perfect choice for children with foot pain. Fortunately, they do not come in wide sizes (they are best for kids with narrow to regular foot widths).
