For my granddaughter, who wears a size 6 in regular shoes, I ordered these. In my case, I only had the option of ordering a size 5/6 since I felt the 7/8 would be too large. There is a fit for 6. Although her toes are almost touching the tip of the heel, there is still plenty of room. It was a good decision to order the shoes, since the shoes are adorable.
