KEEN Unisex-Child Seacamp Ii CNX Sandal

It didn't usually occur to me to write a review, but for these I felt compelled to do so. My kids were so excited about these when they arrived 2 days ago, and we were delighted to find that they fit them well. I'm horrified by the wear on these after ONE day of wearing them (i. e. all day indoor at daycare). blue on the toebox on the shoes had worn off with substantial wear, and the blue on the treds was nearly worn off and now made purple, while on the sides of the shoes, the blue had worn off and Pink was showing through! After wearing these for 8 hours straight today at daycare, my daughter was able to wash them. Are these Keens or knockoffs? Not sure if this has anything to do with quality (or if these are fakes)? The shirts will be returned tomorrow after they've been sent back to the manufacturer (surcharge included). You should beware!.

We really like Keen sandals for our children because they are The Keen Newport sandals were previously purchased, but the Seacamp sandals were on sale, so we chose them this time. I find them to be a lot more comfortable. soles are somewhat slimmer and more flexible, so I noticed that my toddler was able to run so much more easily. As long as the Seacamps are less expensive than the Newports, I would choose them. However, my only real complaint about both sandals is that they are rather narrow for toddlers. Whenever my son wears shoes, we always have to go up in size, and his feet always outgrow the width before the shoes fill out.

The first summer I had my son's last pair of socks, there were no odor issues. As soon as the second summer rolled around, they started to stink, but I was able to fix that problem After soaking for a little while in white vinegar, wash them carefully using clean water. Do not rinse off the vinegar from the sandals but sprinkle baking soda into them. Allow it to sit for a few minutes, then wash it in the washing machine (with vinegar and baking soda still in place). Put the clothes in the washer on a regular cycle, and then dry them We did that only once and then there was no odor for the rest of the summer. The sets are still going strong today. The size seems to be accurate to me. You'll spend a lot of money, but you'll get the most bang for your buck if you use them for a few summers. Keens is one of our favorite brands.

Whenever you measure their foot for growing room, it is always recommended that you purchase a half inch larger than what they are currently measuring. As for winter, I always do it this way because it gives me a head start on getting ready for winter so I don't feel overwhelmed and unprepared when winter arrives, and winters are even worse because the kids can't run around outside barefoot and without coats.

It is really nice to see shoes like these. Two pairs of these were purchased for my 3 year old twin boys. They were just worn for the first time today, so I cannot comment yet on how they'll hold up, but Keens are usually very durable, so I am confident that these will also be durable. It was surprising to see the size of the shoes. Other than the shoes we have for the boys (sized 7 for toddlers), all of our shoes are size 7 (toddlers) While they cannot wear size 8 yet, they were far too small in these for them to wear. Despite their 8 size, these shoes fit the same as all our other 7s. I also find it strange that there is velcro on the While it is hard to pull tightly because it passes through a loop, I hope that will soften up over time. Other than those two issues, I am extremely satisfied with this pair of shoes and would highly recommend them. The following update The next size up is now on my shopping list a year later.
