In short, yes. It's hard to tell what size my son is. There was a specific event for which I needed them. The size 1 was the best for the time being. His size 2 is so that he can get used to them as he grows.
They fit him well because they have a lot of room in the width and he usually wears a wide shoe.

They fit well but are a little.
There are a lot of water shoes available from Amazon this year, and I really looked carefully and sent back one of the highly rated ones after it fit poorly and had There is no question that this one will be a big hit. I bought this for my six-year-old daughter and she loves it. It is comfy and easy to put on.
This is the first pair of water shoes I've got for my son since most water shoes are hard for him to get into. Our son has played in them quite a bit outside, as they are unvelcroed and give him more room to get his feet in. So far, we have used them in water, though we have also played in them in the outdoors. A swim in the water is on my bucket list.
My kids love them since they can slip them on quickly and they can get wet. They're like an upgraded version of Crocs for them. Kayaking, hiking/rock climbing, and going to the beach are all ways they use them. They are comfortable and still protect their feet. However, I don't see these lasting very long. While they're great right now, I cannot recommend them!.
My boy is 5 years old and I ordered these water shoes in a size 12 for his extra wide foot. These are great and he likes the ones without laces just the Velcro opening. I ordered the ones with no laces.
Their flexible floor allows them to do a wide variety of things. Those are not the best shoes if you will be crossing a lot of water and countryside, since they have soft soles which are not very stiff. A pair of these could be perfectly worthwhile if you are looking for a pair of pure water shoes. I think they're very cool.
The shoes were good. My son developed blisters on the back of his heal after the first day. Now that I have looked back at the picture, I can clearly see the lip that rubs against the heal, and I'll study future purchases carefully.
For this summer's camp, I purchased some of these for my kids to take. In fact, they served their purpose well and aside from being initially uncomfortable (as is the case with most new shoes), and running a bit small, they were a great I liked the way my kids played with them, and at the price they are good.
