As soon as we bought a pair of more expensive shoes we turned around and bought another shortly after. In looking for a childcare shoe, I was hoping to find something that was good and inexpensive. I was more than satisfied with these shoes. The socks are lightweight and comfortable, according to my toddler. The shoes are also wider, and even though my child has a skinny foot, they didn't slip off her foot as often. The 8 was falling off my child's shoe, who usually wears a size 8 in Nike and other brands. Size 7 were a better fit for us, and we ordered them. I would recommend these shoes without any hesitation. The shoes were so good, that we kept the bigger size for later on, and we ordered a smaller size to replace it.
