This was given to my 4-year-old niece as a gift for her practices. She took it out of the package and immediately put it on! She's petite, so I got her a size 5 (she just turned 5 a few days ago) and it fits her perfectly, with plenty of room to move around. It was a wise decision. I would strongly advise!.
I gave it four stars because it is extremely cute and of excellent quality. My order, however, was for a 3T set. The shorts seemed to be true to size, if a tad large, but the shirt was teeny-tiny! Very small and slender.
I love these outfits for my baby girl, she's two and pretty petite for her age, she was born premature, so I'm always cautious about what size I buy her because some things run too big, but these fit perfectly and are true to size. I'll be purchasing more, especially for the summer.
She wears the mesh shorts all the time because they are true to size and very comfortable.
It's perfect for my 4-year-old to wear to dance and can also be worn on a regular basis when it's warm. We were having potty issues with leotards, so it's great that it's two pieces.
This outfit is super cute, but it runs a little small. My daughter was able to get the 3T shorts over her head, but not the shirt. This has never been an issue for me in the past. We couldn't keep it and had to give it back.
I would go up a size. It's a little tight on the top. Although it still fits, I would have preferred a looser fit.
The top is sheer; however, the rest of the outfit is lovely.
