I'm wondering if anyone knows how wide the waist is. ?

My waist measures 8 inches when laid out flat and measured from side to side. 5". Before stretching it at all, that would make it 17". I hope this has been of assistance.

It's a little too big/long for her, but she can still wear it. She'll be able to keep it on for a long time. It's so sweet! Additionally, it is well-made.

I'm fourteen and a size two in most jeans, so it was a little snug, but that's to be expected given that it's designed for small children. ) I can see how it would be ideal for young children to grow into as a long tutu.

The fabric has only recently been cut, so the. The quality is extremely poor. Because the fabric is freshly cut, it will begin to unravel the first time you wash it.
