For my daughter's worship team, I purchased this skirt. They required a skirt to be worn over their black dance pants. I saw this and decided to buy it because I thought it would be perfect for her, and I was right. It's in perfect order. There is no waistband and the material is stretchy. However, she was able to wear it over her lycra leggings without issue. This is a product that I would recommend to anyone looking for a "flowy" skirt;.
I wouldn't buy it again because of the poor quality. It is not possible to return because the shipping cost is the same as the product price - I'd figured it out. This skirt didn't even have a hem, which was a huge letdown.
My 5-year-old is tall and skinny, so it was a little big. It's still super cute, and at the very least I know it'll last the entire season!.
It is, in fact, a dress with a circular cut. My daughter was able to fit into the dress the first time she put it on. The dress, however, after washing, took on an oval shape.
It's not bad, but it's a little too tight.

This looks great with the Aloe Leotard; it's easy to put on and take off.
