I was afraid it wouldn't fit, but it did, despite the fact that I wear a size 18 in women's pants. It wasn't too tight, and it was very comfortable. It was purchased for me to wear to a comicon for my birthday, and everyone thought it was adorable.

I ran a half marathon in this tutu and it was fantastic! It didn't ride up at all and was extremely comfortable. The thicker elastic band, I believe, has a significant impact. I ordered two different colors for two different races, and both of them fit perfectly!.
