Questions & Answers
From waistband to hem, my skirt is almost exactly 45 inches long. Keep in mind, however, that this skirt does not lay completely flat. With all of the tulle layers, it's quite full. This skirt falls just below my knees, and I am 5 feet 9 inches tall. It's a short piece with a good amount of volume. It's not too "childish" for an adult, and the material is formal enough for a nice summer outing.
It's exactly how it looks on the website. Because of its medium size, it isn't overly poofy. It isn't even close to being flat. I think it looks great on you, and the photo shows how it will look. I ordered it in white, and the color and size are accurate to the description.

It went two inches past my knee, no more. I'm 5'2" and it didn't go any further. So it would be 3 or 4 inches above your knee for you. Probably in the middle of the year. shin.

Background information: This was one of those books that I really, really wanted to like. I never spend more than $30 on a piece of clothing (I prefer clearance, $10 and under), but this one spoke to me and I fell in love. I'm 5'2'' and 105 pounds, and I'm a petite woman. I have a size range of 0-12. 2, depending on the brand, after hearing from other customers that they should size up 1- I decided on a size 4 after trying on two sizes. What I liked about it: br>br>
- br>- color is identical to that of the imagebr>- a long sash/belt was includedbr>- tulle tulle tulle tulle tulle tulle tulle tulle tulle tulle tulle tulle tulle tulle It has a built-in underlayer/slip so it isn't as see-through. -br>-br>-br>-br>-b If the size isn't quite right, the elastic waistband will give you some extra room.
- Above all, remember this: When I wear it, I feel glamorous and fashionable. What I didn't like about it:br>- Because of the layers, it's a little difficult to get rid of the wrinkles. However, it is possible. After applying the wrinkle release, it became significantly more poofy. I wanted to wear it to church and other less-formal but more-formal events, so it was a little too poofy for my taste. so much more formal than informal I'd only wear this if I wanted to make a big statement. I'm currently hanging it between two items in the hopes of making the poof look more like the product image.
- I would order a size up (and consult their sizing chart) because the sizing was a little strange, as everyone else had mentioned. Because the elastic waistband is usually much smaller than the actual size, it's safer to order a size larger and then use less elastic stretch.
- The price was not my favorite; I believe 15 dollars would have been more appropriate, but that is just my opinion.
- Because I'm petite, this was a fairly long skirt for me; it's still considered "tea length," but it extends a few inches above my ankles. br>br>Overall, I'd rate this a 3 out of 5. However, I believe that "it's okay" is a better description of how I feel about this, so I'm giving it three stars.
Love it! I had to have it shortened a little, but it was still a perfect fit.
THIS SKIRT WAS PERFECT FOR ME! I searched high and low for a tulle skirt that was more full than straight down and was unable to locate one. I ordered this one in the hopes of good fortune, and despite the fact that it took FOREVER to arrive, it was perfect for my engagement photos. Because it was so long and "grandmaish" (no offense to gmas), I had to cut a lot of it off. Nonetheless, I strongly advise! My order was for a small, and it fit perfectly.
I love this skirt and get compliments on it every time I wear it, so I paired it with a fun shirt and boots for a unique look. It has five layers of tulle and a slip, allowing you to make it as fluffy as you like! br>I will say that the fit is a little snug. The waistband is elastic, and other reviews advised going up two sizes if you don't want the elastic squeezing into your stomach, which I agree with. I usually wear a size 18 in bottoms, but I ordered a size 22 in this. I put it on at my natural waist and it fits perfectly! I'm 5'4" and it hits just below my knee, so it's a true tea-length skirt for me. length. br>I ordered the gray, and while it is more of an antique, dusty gray than the true silver I expected, I still adore it! br>It took about a month to arrive, and there was no shipment tracking, which made me nervous, but it arrived in the timeframe it said it would, so it worked out fine. Let it air out for a day or two before wearing it because, as other reviewers have mentioned, it has an odd odor. However, it only lasts a few hours. br>To summarize, I adore this skirt and believe it is an excellent investment.
It's a lovely skirt, and I'm glad there's a ribbon to tie it all together.
It's perfect! It's fluffy and nice! There was no need for an extra slip! Excellent craftsmanship! This product has made me extremely happy!.
As you can see, the Cameo Brown is more of a dusty pink/rose color. Gorgeous. For the most part, the ribbon stayed in place - I did get a lot of compliments on it, but I wish it was a little wider. There were several layers to it, and it fluffs out more than in my photo. Someone mentioned steaming each layer to keep them fluffed, I believe. When I first received the skirt, I separated the layers and fluffed it, but on the night of the event, I changed a hundred times and forgot to refluff it. If you don't try the steaming method, it will revert to its previous state - It's still great. 100% recommendation %.
