The pants only. A party to celebrate my husband's birthday lasted until the early morning hours, so they looked great on him.
It's enough that they're long. The inseam was way too long for me, as I wear a 30" inseam. It was just a matter of tucking in the excess.
There is a good chance they will be quite expensive His face was wet with water. There are some garments that will go up to 34 or 36 inches inseam, and I have 32-inch inseams. I'm pretty sure he could fit into them unless he weighs 250 or more pounds. They are made of a pretty stretchy fabric, so I don't think they would pose an issue unless he is particularly big or heavy.

My only experience with these is that I only wore them one night for an 80's party in Las Vegas so I can't comment on how durable they are. In spite of that, people liked my pants and complimented me on them. This product does not have pockets, so I did not wish I had a belt with it. I did not find myself missing a belt while wearing this piece. Because I had reserved a hotel mega suite for the party, this was not a big deal for me. br>We'd like to point out a few more things I am - These were washed under the regular (cold water) settings and did not fall apart - There were no itchy spots on them - They're incredibly form fitting and bring out the best features of your body, especially if you have.
I love how these things fit, they are never saggy or loose at all. For the love of God, wear underwear! Those who have cited this have done so before. I love it. It was such an honor to wear them in a production of Rock of Ages (the musical). I thank you for your purchase, it was well worth the cost.
