This tutu was purchased for my daughter's 5th birthday party (which was a Troll-themed party). I bought an adult tutu because she couldn't fit children's sizes. As a result of her happiness, I was as well. It was a good length for her, which I liked. Also, I considered making her tutu myself, but ordering it from Amazon was less expensive. Her tutu ripped, but she spent four hours running around in it.

This is the tutu for you if you want a tutu with a lot of volume. There's a lot of tulle in it. Apart from that, there isn't much to it. Tulle layers upon layers, with a waistband at the top. It's flexible and doesn't fray or have any loose stitching. That's all I can ask for.
I came up with the concept for my friend's bachelorette party. This tutu comes in two colors: black (which I will review) and red. The bride's (pink one) was inspired by a Halloween costume. As you can see, this tutu was a much better purchase because it is fluffy (and the right length) to cover your bits while still keeping you looking cute. This is so adorable! It has a silky underskirt, which I like, and it smelled funny, so I dried it on low for fifteen minutes with some fabric sheets. The wrinkles have vanished, and the odor has vanished as well. It fluffed up nicely in the dryer, too.
I purchased this for a costume because the image appeared to be turquoise with some black in it. It was all one color when it arrived - It was a very light turquoise, which may be fine for your purposes, but it wasn't ideal for mine. The majority of the vendor's pictures of various tutus/colors appear to be like this. (I believe they first photographed the tutus against a black background and then cut the image out - This gives the impression that they are also made of black tulle. ) Is exactly what I was looking for.
