Adult sizes were the only ones I had. I didn't have any that would fit a kid. For my child sizes, I needed to order a different brand.

Adults, to be specific. I bought it for my 14-year-old daughter, who is 5'7 inches tall, as a Halloween costume.
There isn't any kind of underskirt. That's all there is to it.

This was purchased for my daughter's rainbow-themed birthday celebration. Tutus are available in a variety of colors and sizes. My daughter was a size 14/16 in the tutu, and my other daughter is a juniors 17 or women's Large in the tutu. The tutu stretches well and returns to its original size, with no bunching of the elastic around the waist. The tutu was frilly and had a good amount of support. It's been worn three times so far. It appears to be in good condition. I even hung it to dry after washing it in the machine on cold. It's like new. For my daughters, I plan to purchase more in various colors.
Just . This tutu will be perfect for my costume. Just a few details: I'm a size 10 woman, and the fit was snug but not too tight. If you're a size 10 or larger, This tutu may be too tight for you to wear at the age of 12.
I bought it for a 5K race and it was fantastic; Even when wet, it stayed "put" and maintained its shape. When I got home, I hand washed it, and the color remained vibrant and brand new. I'm not particularly slim, and this provided enough "coverage" all over for me to wear running shorts underneath while still looking cute and fun. I would strongly suggest it.
It will stretch to fit most adult women, but I doubt it will fit a size 0 or 2. It has a lot of layers, which I like, and it sticks out rather than falling down, which I like!.
This tutu is fantastic! It looks fantastic on you. It's almost identical to the picture in terms of fit - a tad puffier, but not by much You should definitely wear something underneath it (unless you want to flash everyone), but isn't the point of a tutu to be puffy and not cover your butt? Anyway, it's a fantastic deal, and I'm really looking forward to wearing it for my ballerina Halloween costume.
This book's cover is similar to one sold at Party City, but it was significantly less expensive here, so I purchased it. It's a different color than the one pictured (lime, not Kelly green), and it's also ridiculously small. It's small, like for a four or five-year-old, and it has an odd, strong odor. Needless to say, I'll be returning it and purchasing it at the store for $20. At the very least, it will be the correct size, color, and have no strange formaldehyde odor.
I used it as part of a Cookie Monster costume and it worked out perfectly. Of course, I wore leggings underneath it because otherwise, everything would have been visible. It was exactly what I was looking for, and I've had no issues with it.
This was a fantastic accessory for a unicorn costume. Waistband with a lot of stretch but not too much. It's only a few inches long, but there's a lot of layered "tulle" in it. " I wore leggings under mine (I'm 5'8" athletic build) and plan to do so again when I run another road race!".
