I'm 5'9" and about 315 pounds, so I ordered a 4x and it fits perfectly; however, the 3x would be a better fit.
I would recommend going with the larger size of torso or hips depending on the length of your torso. If you're going to wear onesies with diapers, you'll be able to get away with a longer torso. This was purchased for a PJ party and fits perfectly. VERY SOFT and stretchy material. I still have to wash it, so I'll let you know if there are any issues. If you want to use this as a costume and only wear underwear underneath, it fits perfectly; I was concerned because it appears to be designed for use with diapers. My friend and I both ordered smalls, and they fit us perfectly despite our different body types. This is a fantastic stretch. To be honest, it's so comfortable that I could probably sleep in it. A friend advised me to use this company. I ordered a small because I am (female) almost 5'11", about 123lb, and have a 34A chest. Because my torso is so long, I wasn't sure how it would work out, but it fits like a glove. It's also adorably adorable. And it's incredibly comfortable. The colors are bright and appealing. I wanted to wear a pinafore skirt I bought with a fun and cute bodysuit. I came across this and fell in love with the adorable dinosaurs; the sizing is extremely inclusive, but sizes aren't always as they appear. I was skeptical at first, but I went ahead and placed my order. It took me about three hours to finish it. I've had it for four days and can honestly say it's the most comfortable thing I own right now. The snaps are sturdy, and you won't notice them while wearing the jacket.
