For a Harlem Nights party I'll be attending this weekend, I ordered set 6. I've included a photo of the set I ordered so you can see which one I'm referring to. The headband is attractive, the pearls are of excellent quality, and the gloves are comfortable; however, the cigarette holder is of poor quality and does not resemble the image. The tip came off when I tried to extend it because there is no white part on either end. It does, however, easily pop back in. I gave this set three stars because I didn't care if I had a cigarette holder for my costume. However, I felt that others should be aware of the situation. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: I had to roll the gloves down and scrunch them up because they were slipping. If I extend my arms all the way up, they simply will not stay up. These aren't the best choice if you're looking for long, black gloves.

Given how many items you get for the price, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this bundle; the necklace has some weight to it, unlike cheap Mardi Gras beads, and looked accurate when knotted. The headpiece was adorable, and it was comfortable to wear all night. If you're a smoker, the cigarette holder can be extended and appears to work as a cigarette holder. Because I'm not a smoker, I didn't have a cigarette to use as a prop, but it still looked good. The earrings are adorable, and the wide backs keep them from feeling too heavy on someone who usually only wears studs; everything is as described or better. br>br>The gloves, despite being plus-size, fit well, had a satiny look, were a little long in the fingers (I have small hands), and could pull up to my elbows (but not over) despite being plus-size. sized. Unfortunately, one of them had a hole in the seam connecting the thumb and the palm when it arrived. This was how I put my touch-typing skills to good use. It worked out because the screens wouldn't respond while wearing gloves and it wasn't too noticeable. Even with the hole in the glove, this is a five-star product for the price.

The gloves were stretchy and had a nice, clean sheen to them, almost satin-like. The pearl necklace was of excellent quality, with a good amount of weight and length. It didn't feel cheesy in the least. My hair (which is long and thick) was kept secure by the head piece. All evening, my hair was curly. There wasn't a single time when it slipped. The earrings were a little heavy, but they were manageable and still made a statement. Because I don't smoke, I didn't use the cigarette stick, but it would probably work for the real thing for those who do. This is a set that I would strongly recommend. It's very cute and entertaining.

I'm so glad I got this set for a Roaring Twenties party! The level of quality impressed me. The gloves, in particular, are very nice and far superior to those ordered by friends from other companies. The headpiece is beautiful, the pearl necklace is of excellent quality, and the earrings are substantial and well-made. made. I'm looking forward to the party because I know I'll look fantastic in my costume!.

This was purchased for a small family murder mystery party in the 1920s. The headband is lovely–stretchy, pretty, and reasonably comfortable. The gems, on the other hand, could be better. br>br>The gloves weren't great; they didn't fit well, weren't very stretchy, and had a cheap feel to them, but I wasn't going to wear them anyway, so it didn't bother me. br>br>The cigarette holder is made of cheap plastic, as I expected, but it arrived bent and warped. I boiled it for a few seconds until soft, rolled it on a counter, and let it cool, and it was as good as new, so it wasn't a big deal. As one might expect, this isn't a good place to smoke out of. br>br>The pearls were of unexpectedly high quality! They were nice and heavy, with a nice length and a cool feel to them like real pearls. br>br>Overall, it's a decent costume set, but I'd opt for a different pair of gloves.

I went to a murder mystery party and didn't want to spend a lot of money on an entire flapper outfit, so I bought this accessory set and paired it with a dress I already own. I expected the quality to be low, but the items held up well during a long party! The earrings are lovely enough to wear on their own. My only suggestion is that the cigarette holder be provided with a fake cigarette. They're supposed to be available at party supply stores, but I didn't think that far ahead.
