The item is very thin and does not look as it does in the picture. Just holding it caused the feathers to fall off constantly.

A 4 foot long object is certainly not it. If I could return it, I would, but I have to return it for St. Patrick's Day. The feathers are falling off easily, and a white string shows through.

The dress was intended to be worn across my back and draped over my arms, but the length is too short, and it is of poor quality. It also is They have string showing at the bottoms. It will be great to see you again. (See pictures).

In the play that I was in, this item was used as an accessory. Despite the picture making it appear completely full, it didn't appear nearly as full as in reality, but I didn't want to spend much on it, and it was adequate for our purposes, so I am satisfied with the purchase and will.
