Plastics that are hard and have a texture to them.

Is it suitable for a child of 11 years?

Yes, it was purchased for two 11-year-old children. There's also some room for plants to grow. My daughters are enamored with theirs. There's a cute set with four - Gold, silver, black (I believe), and a fourth color that I can't recall off the top of my head.

Plastic that is extremely hard. It stands the test of time.

I think this is the best Guy Fawkes/Anon mask I've ever seen! This mask was a spur-of-the-moment purchase for when I'm protesting, as well as to see Anon pull a Guy Fawkes on our current events

br>br>After looking at a few other masks, this one seemed like a good fit, and when it arrived, I was completely blown away by how amazing it is. It's a lot more durable than any other Halloween mask I've seen, with foam inserts strategically placed to keep the mask firmly in place on your face. There is no velcro or cheap strings here, just a strong elastic band! Best of all, the mask is well-designed from the outside in, and many awesome supporters chimed in to say they wanted one as well. If you like Anonymous and what they do, or just want to feel like Guy Fawkes from V for Vendetta, this mask is for you.

The mask was made of cheap, thin plastic, and the only support for stability was a single piece of packing popcorn (yes, you read that correctly) glued haphazardly to the general vicinity of the forehead, but nowhere near centered or aligned

You get exactly what you see and what is described for the price. Myself and others bought them for Halloween, and we all agreed that giving them a little more breathing room around the mouth/nose area would improve them. In terms of long-term wear, it is not very comfortable.

It's tough, but it's also a little tight on the face

This was not used in the end. It was far too small. To put it on, we had to go out and buy more elastic. I should have returned it because the little "pillows to give your face comfort" looked like packing peanuts, and my kids were playing with it instead of wearing it.

Our son has finally received his "Project Zorgo" mask, and he is ecstatic! It's exactly what he'd been looking for! It's not the most comfortable thing to wear on your face, but it does the job.
