These are the masks that I've found so far to be my favorites. They're made of a lovely smooth silk that's both comfortable and breathable on the skin while also providing protection! My skin has also become noticeably clearer since switching from cotton to silk masks. They also have a more elegant appearance than most, which is ideal for work or for looking a little more polished around the holidays. They fit well, but after a few hours of wear, the elastic ears loops dig in and become uncomfortable; if the elastic was also lined with silk, they would be perfect.
For only two masks, these were extremely costly. I bought them after reading that silky material can help reduce "maskne" (mask acne), but I haven't noticed any difference. Not to mention the fact that they're quite large and keep falling off my face, as well as the fact that they're not adjustable. Don't throw your money away.
The mask is made of nice silk, but it is cut unevenly on both sides and thus does not fit properly. Poor workmanship appears to be the case.
I was initially disappointed with the masks because they were advertised as being suitable for both men and women, but they were too small for a man's face. Allaxdo Co. has responded to my poor review. My payment was fully refunded, and the masks were given back to me. I was very pleased with how quickly they responded to this issue. Thank you, Allaxdo Company, for being so easy to work with and for sticking to their word.
They will suck in when you breathe if they are not properly placed on your face, but if you re-position them, they will not. The problem is solved by adjusting the nose placement. They're simple to put on and take off, and they're soft around your ears. I wore it for two full days of flying and found it to be very comfortable for long periods of time. These are something I always reach for. Furthermore, they have a more refined appearance and can be worn in a more formal setting.
I've been using masks for the duration of the pandemic, and since I use silk for everything else in my skin and hair routine, I figured it was time to invest since the problem hasn't gone away. I've never had acne from masks before, but I just wanted my skin and routine to be at their best, and now I'm getting acne where the masks sit that I've never had before with cotton masks. I'm not interested in purchasing this item.
They are also very comfortable to wear.
There is no excess fabric to breathe through because they are contoured to the face.
