There is no timer on it, unfortunately. It runs on batteries and is controlled by a small switch. My son, who is seven years old, has had his for three years and loves it. The led does not have a significant impact on battery life. He uses it about four nights a week on average, and I replace the batteries once a month. For any true fan, this is a fantastic idea. The head and hand are already in our possession.
My son's room has a dry wall on one wall. I dusted everything and double-checked that there was nothing in the way of it sticking. The decal will not stick if there is any dust or cobweb on the surface. I believe it will need to be painted on a smooth wall rather than a textured one.
No, you cannot re-use the sticker. It is possible to relocate the light to a different location. Replacement stickers, on the other hand, can be ordered. After installing the lights (along with the spiderman hand and head), I needed to reorganize my son's room. It cost $6 to get a new sticker. 00 each. However, it's a fantastic product.

So, just to be clear, we didn't get the sticker because I didn't want it. Also, because Velcro style command strips are everything, I highly recommend using them to hang this puppy. br>br>We purchased a battery adapter, wired it to the wall, and used a smart power strip to turn it on and off on a schedule. It's the best, I love it so much.
This was a fantastic addition to our room! My husband is a huge Marvel fan, and my five-month-old son (who has no say in the matter) is a Spider-Man fanatic. Man fan! It was very simple to put up, the sticker part came off easily, and it has been on my wall for at least three months. It is durable and has two settings: one where only the eyes light up, and another where Spider-Man lights up. The entire top of the man's head glows. I sometimes forget to turn it off, and the light remains on. Once, we went away for a week, and it was still on when we returned! I'm sure it says somewhere that it doesn't include batteries.
This was purchased to go with the Avenger's theme in my son's room. It looks fantastic and feels realistic, as well as serving as a lovely night light. LED lights should keep the batteries from draining too quickly. It took a lot of willpower and patience to apply the wall decal to my textured wall. It was a piece of cake to put the screws in place and mount the hammer. Overall, this is a fantastic purchase that should last a long time if properly cared for. Thank you for creating such a wonderful product. TIP: The cracked wall decal is best applied to smooth surfaces, but it is not impossible to apply to lightly textured surfaces (difficulty level: 1). On textured walls, I give it a ten out of ten!.
I tried to get it to stick to my smooth, clean, and dry matte painted drywall, but the parts jacked up from the dreadful packaging just wouldn't come down. As a result, I raised the head and struck it. While it was on, it looked cool, but after a while, the lights turned off. According to the reviews and questions posted here, it appears that others claim that this stays on indefinitely unless you turn it off or the batteries die. I wanted it to be on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 4 days a week, and 365 days a year However, it never lasts long enough for me to be satisfied. I'm so disappointed that Spider-Man can't keep his lights on long enough to satisfy me!.
With brand new energizer batteries, I worked for an hour. The light came in and out in a jerky fashion. Nothing happened after I replaced the batteries. It was extremely disappointing because our 5-year-old little TV star loved it for the few minutes that it actually worked. It also appears to have been used, as it has scratches on the back right out of the box.
It's adorable, and my son adores it, but it's way too expensive. We wanted to use it as a night light, but the batteries die in just one night, and there is no timer option, which we were aware of, but I had hoped that batteries would last longer. I'm not sure what it's intended use should be because it's not bright enough to be used for anything other than a night light.
For a serious Superhero fan, this is an excellent investment. This is something I recently purchased for my son's room, and he absolutely adores it! There are three options available. On with just the eyes, then on with a lit up face, and finally off. It was difficult to apply the sticker, but if you use a credit card to remove air bubbles, it will become easier. Reduce the number of days it is on and don't leave it on all night to save battery life. Aside from that, it's an excellent investment.
It simply adhered to the paper rather than the wall. I would only recommend it if you don't use the light frequently and if the company works to resolve the sticker issue.
