A portable charger bank or batteries can be used to inflate this small air mattress in a matter of minutes. An elastic band wraps around the ankles and there is a drawstring in the waist. An elastic band keeps the ankles snug around the ankles and allows for air to circulate. It can be worn comfortably by anyone and still keep the air inside because the drawstring can be adjusted around the waist. Neither of my children could fit into it-my 7 year old was really too big and my 5 year old was just a little to My son fit, but the legs were too long for him and the drawstring waist came to under his armpits, so I would not recommend it for a young child. This fan is not very loud, but it gives the outfit a lot of air in a short period of time. It was perfect for my six foot frame. My shoes barely show on the bottom of the feet because of how long the costume is. This shirt might look baggy on you if you are shorter like 5 feet 8 inches or less, but it has plenty of room for you to pull it up higher on your body.
