I was unsure as well, so I ordered a size larger than she normally wears, and while they are a little big (but not by much), she will get more use out of them.
I went up a size in order to get a more comfortable fit.
I bought it for my 7-year-old niece for her 7th birthday, and the size 12 was perfect.

The boots are extremely narrow and small. They don't make me happy in the least.
Then they raised the price by a whopping ten dollars! They're tiny and don't look or sound like the picture or description! My three-year-old patiently awaited the mailman every second until they arrived today, and I'm so disappointed! She's currently enamored with the Disney film Frozen! What a disgrace that they sold me a pair that wasn't as pictured, and now if I return them and buy a larger size (which is another issue, but I'm more upset that they aren't as pictured! ), I'll be stuck with them! ) They'll cost me more money, ughhh, and they'll be a pain to complete in any case! Plus, if I take them away now, my daughter will sob uncontrollably! She literally squished her feet in them and is adamant about wearing them! Obviously, she won't be able to keep them on for long, but hey, why not? Their child isn't the one who is dissatisfied.
The boots are absolutely adorable. better than I had anticipated They even have a small heel on them. My granddaughter is an 8 and the 7/8 did not fit, so they may run a little small.
These were a Christmas present for my daughter. We couldn't even get her foot inside the shoe, despite the fact that I sized up.
Because of the negative reviews, I was hesitant to order these Boots. However, I was in desperate need of them to match my daughter's Elsa dress for her trip to Disney on Ice. They were EXACTLY what I was looking for. There were no blemishes, and they went perfectly with her outfit! Many people complimented me on my appearance. She adores the boots, so get them for her. Her feet are not in any way harmed as a result of them.
These are a waste of money. They run small and it costs 20% restocking fee to return them. Rip-off in the worst sense of the word.
Although these shoes are attractive, they are extremely painful for my child's feet. They're not built like shoes or boots, but rather like a cardboard form with a pretty outside, and for $25, I got 15 minutes of wear. I'm never going to buy another pair of Disney shoes.
Even the zipper is simple for the child to put on. Apart from the fact that they are not the easiest to clean once dirty, there have been no issues.
