It should work fine, in my opinion. It worked perfectly for a minion costume, though it was quite long. My son still plays the part with his, he just turned 5 and after a few washes it is still great with room to grow in —- It wasn't too baggy, so I just rolled the sleeves and waistband to make it work - So, despite the fact that it was far too large for him, it worked.

It's a little on the big side, but it's thick and heavy. My daughter is five years old and wears a size five. We went with a size 5 and it's perfect. When we camped in the Sierra National Forest in October and the temperature dropped to 38 degrees at night, these were warm enough to wear under my daughter's fleece onzie. We have 0 degree sleeping bags, but with these layered under a fleece pair of pj's and our sleeping bags, my daughter never complained about being cold or chilled. That came as a huge relief to me.
Nice PJs; we wore them on our trip to Utah and found them to be a nice layer to wear in the cold of April. My only complaint is that the fabric was extremely stain-resistant and easy to clean. I expect children's clothing to be made of durable materials because it will be washed frequently. After three washes, ours had deteriorated to the point where we had to discard it.
They're a tad on the large side. That's precisely what I was looking for. I planned on using them for two winters, and that is exactly what I will get. This is fantastic content. I wore them on our ice fishing trip, and he stayed warm and cozy. This is an excellent item.
These were purchased as a costume for my son and far exceeded my expectations. They're substantial and well-made. made. My son has a lot of fun printed pajamas, but he always chooses these over the others, as if they are his obsession. They are a good fit for him, as he is 48 inches tall and weighs 50 pounds at the age of five, and the size is 6T. They've been through a lot of washing and are still in good shape. I strongly suggest it!.
Every year, for the winter season, we buy our son a new set of these long underwear. We've now completed our third set of exercises. He enjoys playing outside in the winter, regardless of the temperature. These are ideal for layering under a jacket and snow pants. They're quite substantial! If they get muddy, they stain, but that's not a big deal if you're just using them for fun.
Why? Is there any way to tell if it's made of cotton or polyester?.
Warm, supple, and comfortable. These were worn under his hiking clothes by my son as long johns. It served its purpose and kept him warm during our backpacking trip. At night, he slept in these with some nice and warm down booties, and he was toasty warm.
My son's Pluto costume was made using this set. It was absolutely perfect, and the quality was far superior to what I had anticipated. It's plush, stretchy, and thick. It will undoubtedly be put to good use by him.
