Yes! With this under their snow bibs, my kids spent two hours in the snow. Thick, insulated boots and excellent socks are essential.
40% made in China, remaining in Bangladesh and in Vietnam. Disappointing, but Helly Hansen is a great brand, and I buy their long Johns sets for my kids every winter.
I bought size 8 Meriwool for a 6-year-old because there was no size chart. For my 6-year-old, I purchased a Helly Hansen set in size 8. It was a perfect match. The Helly Hansen comes highly recommended. So far, I've received three sets. They are extremely long-lasting. There is no shrinkage when washed. My grandson also wears them as pajamas because they are so comfortable.

I'm never sure if I'll get something shrink-wrapped these days. I'm not sure if I'll get a wrapped and low-quality product straight from China or if I'll get a real product, but it appears that this one is!! I photographed the box in which the thermal underwear arrived as well as the thermal underwear as soon as it was removed from the package. My initial impression is that they are extremely soft and non-scratchy. I have sensory-challenged children who I believe will benefit from these! br>br>I'll update this review if I have anything to say about them after we've worn them for a while. br>br>Edit to add: Despite how soft this shirt is, it has a sensory-deprivation factor. Even if the child was irritable, it was itchy right away. Sad. (br>br>In addition, after reading the additional washing instructions and labeling, I will simply state the obvious: This is 100% wool is made of wool is made% It is NOT superwash wool, and while it states that it can be machine washed on cold, additional instructions state that hand washing is preferred to avoid shrinkage. In both cases, air drying is recommended rather than using a dryer.
My daughter wore it on a camping trip when the weather turned chilly, and she stayed toasty warm. I washed it once and it stayed in its original shape with no pilling.
My daughter is outside all day at school, rain or shine, and this is a great base layer to keep her warm. We'll be making more purchases in the future.
Wool of exceptional quality- The thickness is just right. The size is accurate, but the fit is a little tight. In the winter, it will be ideal as a layer!.
10) Because he's quite tall, and I'd like them to last until next year. Wow, what a great thickness and softness! This purchase has made me extremely happy. We went skiing tonight in 15-degree weather with the snow blowers on high, and he was toasty and warm as could be. I was in a state of shock. Now is the time to look for adult sizes.
It's an excellent fit. Superb craftsmanship!.
Very warm and comfortable.
It is extremely popular among children. Excellent craftsmanship. Quite costly - However, it is superior to competing products.
