They run small and I wish they were available in larger sizes. In these, our 5 year old wears the 8 size when she usually wears a 6 size. A 2 year old who usually wears a 2 wears a size 6 Wearing a 4 in these is suitable for 3T.

Based on the reviews, I went up a size (big time) when I ordered, and it fits Despite the fact that my son's actual size would have fitted his younger brother, I flagged it as fitting too small. A 10 would normally fit him in boys' clothes, and I ordered a 16 in his size.

It was a gift for my son who just turned 2 years old. I bought a size 3T. Twenty-five pounds makes him a little under six feet tall. In spite of my son's thinness, I still recommend going up a full size for your tot, maybe even 2 sizes if he offers to go larger.
