It's acceptable, but not outstanding

This was purchased for my 11-year-old son to use in photos. The material is rough and has a low thread count. Because the shirt was so scratchy, my son insisted on wearing a tee underneath. It fit well and served our purposes, but because of the scratchy texture, he will never agree to wear it again.

For my son's Christmas program, I ordered this shirt. I ordered it a size larger than he needed because I figured it would shrink a little and he likes his clothes to be a little roomier. I ordered the largest size for 13-year-olds because he is 9 years old. The fourteen-year-olds I washed it and dried it (as I do with all of his other clothes), and it shrank to the point where he could no longer button it. I had to go out and get him a new shirt for his school performance. It was a valuable lesson. It was a nice shirt before, but now it's a waste of money because he won't be able to wear it.
