As far as weight goes, I am 5'4" and weigh 118 lbs. It would have been much better if I had purchased a 16 rather than a 20. My pants fit perfectly after I returned the 10 and got a 12. These are incredible quality and made. This book is highly recommended.
The age of my son is 6 years old. A tall and thin person. In my case, a size 6 was ordered. There is no need to modify the size chart. A length of about two feet was perfect, but a width that was too wide. She looked cute as ever. This is a very nice shirt for the price. Wool is used on the outside. Because it is so well made, it could be used as part of a cowboy costume or as part of a dressy outfit. The boy I am talking about wears a size 10/12 and is 8 years old. While I was worried it would be tight on his stomach, there is plenty of room and it is just large enough that he should be able to wear it for another year or two. I can provide my son's weight/ height for those of you who need one, he weighs 96 lbs and stands at about 4' 7".
