The color in this is beautiful though! To begin with, I was blown away by the shade of purple. The reason why I ordered this monogrammed shirt for my daughters was that I wanted to add a personal touch. In particular, I am frustrated at how bad the piles of dirt look and how worn they are. Only a limited number of times have we worn and washed this item. These are really soft and there are lots of colors to choose from, which is really disappointing. It was my intention to order more colors, but the quality was so poor that I was not able to do so. My opinion is that it runs a little small.
In order to purchase this sweatshirt for my son's Christmas program, I paid $20. The sweatshirt he received had been used and was covered in stains, dirt, and hair, so he was unable to try it on! It was also impossible to confirm if I received the correct size because the tag on the sweatshirt was also missing. As a side note, this is my second attempt at leaving a review. The item has been returned to me.
My son's costume for his play at school was perfect for these. Their prices are a little higher than the big box stores, but the quality is so much better. I like how soft they are and how well they wash Shrinkage is not an issue. I would say that the material does pill when it's subjected to a lot of friction - my boys wear them with overalls, but they also have some pilling on the back where the tag rubs, as well as on the shoulders. Repurchase is a sure thing for me. Size 4T was the size I purchased both in. As they are true to size and the color is as shown in the picture.
In the interior, it is quite soft and will fit perfectly in my son's costume for Halloween.

My 5 year old wears a 5/5T/XS and I ordered a size 5. I thought it was a good length and a nice spread 4) My son loved the soft interior of this sweatshirt! He would not take it off! It was his idea that he sleep in it.
This was originally bought for my kiddo to wear under a Halloween costume, and it kept him warm while trick-or-treating. The thin fleece vest keeps her warm and keeps her dance and gymnastics outfits protected from the elements while she travels to and from classes. Fits true to size, but with some room for growth. After several washes, no sign of fading has been observed.
