The fin piece on these boots is defective. I love joules wellies and every pair that my kids have owned has held up well all season and well into winter. I am not sure how long my son had these boots on before he already removed both fins. The top of the boot might end up with a hole. I hope that doesn't happen. I've grown to love the quality of Joules products thanks to all the products I have. Unfortunately, these are not of the same quality. These were a super cheap deal, so I am not too sad, but I would skip the fin pair and go for the regular wellies instead.
