Customer service is horrible from this company. In the case of my return of brand new items in the original box, I was charged both shipping and return fees. After asking for a refund of the restock fee, I was told no, that I had buyers remorse and that they do not refund restock fees. In other words, if the shoe does not fit, it does not Buying a house is not a bad decision. I hate it!.
