I sized down to a 16 because both my sons wore it but it was too small. Returning it was the right thing to do. Hopefully this will be helpful to you.
Whether or not it is safe depends on the size of the child. He is nine years old now, so I just bought him a large even though the medium still fits, but it is too short for him For a 6 year old, I would consider this to be small.
My recommendation would be to go up a size.
There is a stretchy cuff at the bottom.

The material is good, but the fit is terrible! The son I purchased the large for is usually a 10/12, but I read the reviews and took a risk with the large. There are a few things that run small and a few things that There is an error in the sizing. This is not something I recommend.
In terms of size (XL), I got pants that fit an 8/10 and a boys sweater that fits an 18. There are major flaws in the material, and it is This is not something I would recommend.
There's not much more to say about this jogger suit than that! There is a shortage of resources Thin is one of the meanings of though. Southern and west coast parts of the country will benefit from this. There are so few in this run. My son is in fact quite flat in stomach and back, so I figured he would be able to fit the pants comfortably regardless of the reviews about it being small. The booty did not fit, and it was too close on his slim legs, so I wasn't able to wear it. It is not fun to buy clothes for him because he is slim, so it is work. My son did not fit into that track suit, so I returned it and purchased one from Kohl's that has room for him to grow into. It has been noticed that a trend has developed where track suits run very small, which is not The fabric is there, and designers need to take advantage of.
I will never buy these pants.
Winter is here and regular sweat pants, even ones with fleece lining, are too heavy for him to run around in, so he wears shorts to class, but the building is too cold and drafty for him to wear shorts to class. I think these pants are perfect for him to be active indoors in the winter, and the matching jacket is great to throw over his tee shirts If you are indoors, wear a shirt If he wants, he can put it in the refrigerator and cool down. I think the outfit looks adorable on him, and it fits Neither going to bed nor going to school makes him want to take it off! The next check I receive will be devoted to more purchases.
The sweatsuit is ok quality, but it's not true to size. And because I ordered a men's large, the sweatsuit does not fit my son, but it does fit my daughter, who is a size 14 A junior will be 16 when they start high school.
I enjoyed the way the item was made and the soft material it was made of.
The top doesn't match the bottom, but the pants don't match the top. A few years ago, when I was about 5ft 105 pounds, I had a child. The large I ordered was a 12 but it should have been a large My understanding is that it is 14. I would say the pants are better suited to a size 10 Despite fitting like a size 12, the hoodie was more like a size 16-17 There was something wrong with the top because it was way too big and the bottoms were way too small.
